A platform built for Indonesian players — combining international-grade technology with deep local knowledge to deliver a gaming experience you can genuinely trust.
ink798 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to create the most trustworthy and enjoyable online gaming destination for players across Indonesia. From the outset, the team behind ink798 recognised a gap in the market — players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, and beyond deserved a platform that understood their local banking needs, spoke their language, and offered the transparency that international platforms often lack. We set out to fill that gap.
The name ink798 represents precision, permanence, and a forward-thinking approach to online entertainment. Like ink on paper, every commitment we make to our players is permanent — from our odds policies and payout procedures to our responsible gaming guarantees. The numerals reflect the relentless, data-driven thinking that underpins every product decision we take. ink798 is not just a brand; it is a standard of quality that our team holds itself to every single day.
Since launching, ink798 has grown steadily by word of mouth among Indonesia's online gaming community. Our players trust us because we earn that trust continuously — through instant BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri deposit processing, through verified RTP figures on every slot and table game, and through a customer support team that genuinely resolves issues rather than deflecting them. Indonesia's online gaming landscape is competitive, and we believe the brands that survive long-term are those that put players first.
Our product portfolio covers everything the modern Indonesian bettor looks for: comprehensive football betting on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, and international competitions including the FIFA World Cup and the AFF Cup featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda); premium slot games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft; live dealer tables with real-time streaming; and traditional lottery products that Indonesians love. For those interested in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (online football bookmaker services), and sabung ayam (cockfighting wagering), ink798 offers dedicated sections with clear rules, transparent odds, and reliable payouts.
Looking ahead, ink798 is investing in mobile-first technology, deeper e-wallet integration with OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, and a richer live events calendar timed around key Indonesian sporting moments — from Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung derbies in Liga 1 to badminton Grand Prix events at the Indonesia Open. We are a platform that grows with our community, and we intend to keep doing so for many years to come.
At its core, ink798 is a team of gaming professionals, software engineers, compliance officers, and customer experience specialists who are passionate about doing things right. We hold ourselves accountable to our players above all else — and that philosophy will never change.
Every feature we build, every payment method we integrate, and every support agent we train is chosen with Indonesian players in mind. Local banking, local sports, local time zones — ink798 is built around you.
We operate under international gaming regulations and partner exclusively with certified, audited game providers. Independent RNG testing and transparent RTP disclosures are non-negotiable for us.
Responsible gaming is woven into our platform architecture — not bolted on as an afterthought. Deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools are always one tap away. Adults 21+ only.
Six reasons why Indonesian players choose ink798 and keep coming back.
Seamless deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata — all processed in Rupiah with zero currency conversion fees. We also support OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for instant mobile payments.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and personal data exchange. Multi-factor authentication, regular penetration testing, and strict KYC protocols keep your account and funds safe at all times.
We publish verified RTP percentages for every game on our platform. Football odds are generated by professional traders with deep knowledge of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and Asian handicap markets. No hidden margins.
Our entire customer support team consists of native Indonesian speakers available 24/7 via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. Average first-response time under 2 minutes for live chat. We understand local banking, local holidays, and local needs.
ink798 is engineered for mobile from the ground up — not retrofitted. Pages load fast on Indonesian 4G networks, touch targets are optimised for thumb navigation, and all payment flows are single-hand friendly.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion are built into every account from day one. We actively monitor for problem gambling patterns and intervene proactively when needed.
The principles that guide every decision at ink798 — from product development to customer interactions.
We believe players deserve to know the odds, the house edge, the terms of every bonus, and the status of every transaction. No small print surprises; no hidden restrictions.
We enforce strict age verification (21+ only), maintain a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling, and provide best-in-class responsible gaming tools without making them hard to find.
Whether it's a midweek Liga 1 match or a Champions League final night with millions of concurrent bets, our infrastructure is engineered for zero-downtime and sub-second bet settlement.
We respect the cultural context of every Indonesian player — from fasting hours during Ramadhan to the significance of national celebrations like Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August.
Player feedback drives our product roadmap. We monitor satisfaction scores, payment success rates, and support resolution times constantly — and act on the data, not just collect it.
A multidisciplinary team united by a shared commitment to excellent player experience.
Designs player journeys that feel intuitive on both desktop and the smartphones Indonesians use every day.
Maintains 99.9% uptime across peak traffic events and ensures bank-grade data security for every transaction.
Monitors international regulatory standards and ensures our responsible gaming tools meet or exceed best-practice benchmarks.
Native Indonesian-speaking agents who resolve issues fast and treat every player interaction as an opportunity to build lasting trust.
ink798's mission is straightforward: to be the most trusted name in online gaming for Indonesia's English-preference player segment. We achieve this not through marketing promises but through consistent, verifiable performance — fast payments, provably fair games, transparent odds, and a support team that genuinely cares about the players it serves.
We recognise the legal complexities of online gaming in Indonesia, and we respect our players enough to be honest about them. ink798 operates offshore under international licensing. Users are responsible for understanding their local laws, and we provide the Legal Notice and Responsible Gaming resources needed to make informed decisions. Trust is the foundation of everything we do at ink798, and we intend to keep earning it every day.
