You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify ink798 immediately via our customer support channels.
ink798 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, provision of false information, or regulatory compliance requirements.
ink798 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time the Company deems appropriate, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
ink798 will process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome via the email address registered to their Account. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documentation submitted raises compliance concerns, ink798 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and, where legally required, report the matter to relevant authorities.
ink798 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods:
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 100,000,000 . Players may adjust their personal deposit limits at any time via the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account dashboard.
Deposits made via bank transfer and approved e-wallets are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of confirmed payment. ink798 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ink798 accepts no liability.
Players must only deposit funds that they legally own and that originate from legitimate sources. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities. ink798 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.
If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your ink798 Account within one (1) hour, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. ink798 will investigate and resolve confirmed funding discrepancies within two (2) business days.
Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the KYC requirements outlined in Clause 4.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000. Players requiring withdrawal of amounts exceeding this limit should contact customer support in advance to arrange processing.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, provided that KYC verification is complete and no compliance review is pending. Processing times are calculated in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). ink798 does not guarantee specific processing times during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. ink798 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where a deposit was made via a specific bank account or e-wallet, the withdrawal will generally be returned to the same method. ink798 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including in cases of system error, incorrect odds published due to technical fault, or where a bet is placed after an event has commenced. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ink798 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
ink798 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
